Since 2015, Redbrick has built a formidable portfolio of Grade A managed commercial properties across four cities – Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad with a combined area of approximately 3.5 million sqft. In addition to a INR 50 Billion portfolio of assets managed, Redbrick Group is also a landlord in many of its managed properties with an owned portfolio worth over INR10Bn.
The planned expansion through 2025/26 will double our portfolio of managed workspaces to above 5 million sqft adding Delhi/NCR, Chennai and Kolkata to the mix.
